[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide computerized maintenance management system.
- user access to the system through a secure, web-based portal
- system must provide a user-friendly administrative interface with automated workflows for common functions
- system should stress consistency across all the different modules so that the business process is easy to learn and understand
- system must function accurately on common modern browsers such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari
- system must have a Responsive User Interface (RUI) and be accessible and function normally for all features from mobile devices such as tablets, smartphones, and chrome books
- system must allow users to login using their email address
- system must allow users with multiple roles/accounts to switch between roles/accounts to view/update/create data under the same login ID.
- system must allow users to reset passwords by email
- system must allow users to enter and track preventative maintenance schedules for academic and non-academic facilities’ systems.
- system must have the option to include multiple assets on one work order, or to issue a separate work order for each asset
- system must allow users to schedule and track electrical maintenance by entering an annual schedule for each building at each location
- system must have the ability to separate maintenance from custodial work if needed
- system must be able to deactivate an asset when it is no longer in service to remove it from future new requests and schedules
- system must utilize common category codes for consistent reporting
- system must allow individual users to subscribe/unsubscribe to emails
- system must allow priorities to be set based on due date of requests
- system must be able to assign controls for multiple users via workgroup/roles
- system must prompt technicians for required fields when they complete work.
(2) A bidder conference will be held on October 7, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
