[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide internet provider service to bring fiber-optic broadband to every home and business in the city limits, and potentially within the city’s electric service area to the government authority located in Siloam Springs, AR.
- Consulting to conduct a broadband feasibility analysis that looked in detail at the issues associated with bringing fiber to all of the city’s customers within the city limits. That analysis concentrated on three major areas of investigation 1) market analysis including a statistically valid survey plus other market research to understand the public demand for better broadband 2) an engineering estimate of the cost of building fiber to the whole city and 3) forecasts to explore if it is financially feasible for an ISP to be profitable in operating a broadband business.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
