[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit advertising services to exclusively develop and manage a robust, turnkey advertising sales shared revenue stream to support the agency.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 14, 2016.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2016.
(4) Contract period will be three years.
