[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sponsorship for student wellness advocacy group services.
- Recruit at least five youth to participate regularly in a local at the school or youth organization.
- Ensure participants complete pre- and post-assessment.
- Attend and view ten agency online statewide meetings during the current project period with student members of the student wellness advocacy group Chapter.
- Attend and view two online statewide meetings during the current project period with student members of the student wellness advocacy group Chapter.
- Facilitate at least one student wellness advocacy group Chapter meeting with student members each month during the current project period.
- Obtain approval through the school or governing body to establish a recognized student wellness advocacy group student organization.
- Submit a monthly electronic activity report of the student wellness advocacy group Chapter to the student wellness advocacy group statewide coordinator.
- Submit a monthly electronic report of the student wellness advocacy group chapter to the tobacco prevention and cessation program via redcap survey.
- Submit success stories when applicable.
- with the technical assistance of the student wellness advocacy group statewide coordinator, host minimum of two educational activities and two advocacy projects during the project period
- Schedule chapter meeting with student wellness advocacy group statewide coordinator.
- Attend and advise all of the student wellness advocacy group chapter activities and meetings.
- Travel with the student wellness advocacy group chapter to activities and meetings for which travel is necessary or appropriate.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
