[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance services to provide comprehensive confidential counseling and referral services for city employees and their families to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- The provider will work directly with the risk management division and will assume immediate responsibility for employee assistance services ensuring that the city is being serviced at the highest level of quality while employing an expected level of fiscal responsibility.
- Employee assistance program (EAP) must recognize and assist City employees and members of their immediate family with problems which impact their work or personal life.
- These may include but are not necessarily limited to: Marital and Family Relationships; Substance Abuse; Stress (job related and other); Interpersonal Relationships; and Financial.
- Services must be available at all times as the need arises, including twenty-four hours in person crisis intervention services. All referrals, whether voluntary or mandatory, will be on a confidential basis.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
