[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide surveillance camera system to support multiple platforms, any device and any browser to the government authority located in Pine Bluff, AR.
- User friendly, straight forward, secure authentication process
- Application must integrate with present LDAP Microsoft Active Directory
- Data includes, but is not limited to, University, student, faculty, and staff Data, metadata, and user content.
- maintain and regularly update a written incident response plan, which shall include best practices for responding to a security or privacy incident involving unauthorized access to or disclosure of Data
- cameras must provide real-time onsite surveillance, capture activity that can be reviewed at a later date and provide immediately identification recognition in the apprehension of persons responsible for committing criminal offenses on campus.
- Training-provide staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate and manage security System
- Security Features enabled to prevent Network Intrusion.
- Motion and audio capability to detect building intrusion after hours
- Event alert notification displayed on monitor stations and sent by email and text message for building intrusion
- Permission profiles to restrict access only by authorized personnel.
- Video streaming for emergency response personnel.
- Integration with gate and access control systems
- Integration with emergency notification system.
- Export recorded footages to multi-media devices
- Event search by timeline and activity analysis.
- Advance Video Analytics with appearance search technology
- Integration with third-party system
- Optional Cloud Service platform.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 28, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 8, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
