[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide psychiatric services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
1. Telehealth:
- Services may be provided via telehealth with prior approval by agency.
- At its sole discretion, may approve or deny requests for telehealth.
2. Psychiatric evaluations:
- Contractor must conduct psychiatric evaluations onsite in accordance with the most recent practice guidelines issued by the agency to assess whether the client has a psychiatric disorder.
- Provide a written report for all individuals evaluated to include diagnoses, appropriate short-term and long-term service needs, and current readiness for an alternate placement. The deadline for this report will be prior to the client’s 30-day review.
3. Psychiatric consultations:
- Contractor must provide consultations onsite providing recommendations for further evaluation, treatment, medication, or other changes of condition.
4. Treatment:
- Conduct medication assessments and provide medication management onsite, by telephone or telehealth, with approval of the superintendent.
- Participate in the development of new psychiatric service options for individuals with dual diagnoses.
- Provide the materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide specialized mental health treatment services according to the treatment plan.
- Contractor must assess the client’s need for medication.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 13, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
