[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide an integrated event ticketing management solution.
- The ticketing system must provide a process where tickets can be purchased for state university functions via the web or mobile functionality with 24 hour/seven days per week availability at local and out of state retail outlets and at on-campus locations
- Ability to provide platinum and VIP packages
- Able to convert historical data from the current ticketing system to the new system
- Ability for the university to print internet mail orders versus having a call center do so
- Ability to add different venues for different events both by season and individual sales
- Ability for in house ticket staff to create multiple ticket types at varying price points
- Ability to pro-rate ticket packages
- Ability to customize fees, such as processing fees, late fees, cancelled check fees
- Ability to generate personalized postcards, letters, labels, and reports from the customer database
- Ability to set up different ticket fees between types of events; different fee structure for athletic/fowler/trade show events verses arena and outside promoted events
- Ability to set up ticketing rebates for larger arena and outside promoted events
- Provide ticketing support and marketing support for both the athletic side and arena side of events
- Ability to allow outside promoters to use any ticketing deal that they have with the software company if greater than the university contracted rebates in order to secure an event
- Marketing: ability to capture customer data for email marketing efforts with the ability to keep indefinitely, including after a potential expiration of the contract
- Have email blast capacity
- Ability to send emails by breakdowns and accounts groups
- Ability to pull data on email breakdowns
- Provide a large number of emails available to us to be included in the agreement.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 18, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
