Government Authority located in Fort Smith, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for turnkey audio and video solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey audio and video solution must include four commercial grade displays no less than 86” diagonal to the government authority located in Fort Smith, AR.
- System should include a ceiling mounted PTZ camera in the center and back of the room pointed towards the presenter area of the room while also avoiding view of the 86” displays and columns where possible.
- System should include one Blu-Ray player for video playback.
- System should include a wireless presentation input for Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS tablets.
- System must provide capability of three separate, fully routable sources to the three separate video outputs.
- System should allow end user to turn on all systems with one touch. System should also allow end user to independently turn on or off independent video outputs and raise and lower independent screens.
- System should be programmed such that all systems are automatically shut down at a specified time every day to avoid equipment being left turned on overnight.
(2) A mandatory walkthrough no later than June 29, 2022.
