[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide employee assistance services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Provide comprehensive confidential counseling and referral services for city employees and their families. The provider will work directly with the risk management division and will assume immediate responsibility for employee assistance services ensuring that the city is being serviced at the highest level of quality while employing an expected level of fiscal responsibility. Proposals will be evaluated to ascertain which proposer best meets the needs of the city.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) must recognize and assist city employees and members of their immediate family with problems which impact their work or personal life. These may include but are not necessarily limited to: marital and family relationships; substance abuse; stress (job related and other); interpersonal relationships; and financial.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
