- Vendor needs to provide disparity study service to the government authority located in City of Little Rock, AR.
- The city is seeking to hire a firm or consultant to conduct a disparity study to evaluate if there is a need to the develop programs, procedures, and polices to enhance the participation in city contracts of business enterprises owned by women and minorities.
- To identify aspirational targets that reflect availability and utilization of minority and women owned businesses.
- To have recommendations around remedial programmatic options for improving outcomes for minority and women-owned businesses, including local businesses, given local, state, and federal legal and regulatory mandates and case law.
- For the city to take all necessary and reasonable steps to lawfully ensure that MWBES are afforded equitable opportunities to participate in local government contracting within the relevant marketplace from which the city routinely purchases significant quantities of goods and services.
