[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental management system and related enhancements for effective and efficient energy and environmental solutions informed by science.
- Contractor shall provide an EMS that includes or can be modified to include a centralized database; web-based customer portal; public, GIS, inspection, and licensing components; reporting and metrics; and online payments and invoicing.
- The EMS provided must be a stable, secure web-based application.
- The EMS provided must be customized to meet requirements.
- The contractor shall be responsible for any additional requirements gathering required to successfully customize and implement the EMS.
(2) The contract period will be for four years.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
