(1) Vendor needs to provide secured containers necessary to hold and transport documents and shredding approximately (28) secured containers (32-Gallon capacity) to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Secure off-site and on-site shredding
- Regularly scheduled pick-ups
- Certificates of destruction
- Reporting and tracking
- Mobile shredding trucks
- Securely locked containers to store documents prior to destruction
- Legal compliance with document destruction regulations
- Customized flexible service - flat fee for unscheduled service
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 29, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
