[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for utility data and infrastructure business modeling to the government authority located in Arkansas.
- Baseline Assessment: Provide a baseline assessment of the current UAUtility Operations data infrastructure, standards, security posture, and internal and third-party support model
- Gap Analysis: Provide a gap analysis between current state and desired campus service state and industry best practices
- Strategic Operational Roadmap and Data Architecture Plan: This analysis should include a technical and operational roadmap and a data architecture model detailing the recommended integration approach
- Recommendations may include implementation support such as internal staff training and certification, augmented staffing, managed service, or other resources and approaches.
(2) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on April 19, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
