[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and establish a contract for banking services on tax bank depository and lock box account for the treasurer to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Will continue to operate at least six (6) accounts with daily deposits and checks drawn with the winning bank and there will be approximately $550,000,000.00 deposited into this account annually.
- Backup System and Disaster Recovery. Provide detailed information on bank's backup system for remittance processing capture and details of Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Same Day Deposit. Must be able to provide same day deposit of payments received.
- High Volume Processing. Must have the capability to handle and process a minimum of 10,000 pieces of mail per day. During the peak payment period, the bank must be able to handle this volume and process the minimum required number on the day of receipt, with the remaining mail being processed by the next business day.
- The information must be suitable for processing on the documentation must accompany the magnetic media.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 12, 2022.
