(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertising service to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan.

- strategy designed to target incoming students, including but not limited to first time freshmen, transfer students, graduate students, online students
- strategy to support comprehensive fundraising campaign, Now, and additional advancement campaign efforts
- advertising platforms including Television, YouTube, Outdoor/Billboard, Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Promotional Items and Website
- develop a comprehensive recruitment, advertising, and marketing plan integrated with and supplemental to the university's current recruitment plan
- to develop appropriate advertising and collateral materials
- to assess and research the needs and coordinate the development, implementation, and management of the university's advertising campaign
- Creative website development, management and result tracking.
