[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide outside counsel work services in immigration law and intellectual property to the government authority located in Russellville, AR.
- Immigration Legal Services: Provide legal services in connection with immigration law as it may pertain to employees, students, faculty, and/or contractors. Services are to include but not be limited to:
- Advice regarding immigration law, regulations, policy, and procedures;
- Preparation of immigration petitions, applications, etc
- Tracking cases through Immigration Service
- Intellectual Property Legal Services:
- Advice regarding intellectual property law, regulations, policy, and procedures;
- Preparing and filing patent applications; federal and state trademark applications; and copyright registrations; and to assist with various other intellectual property matters

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
