[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based assessment management software should allow for analysis of student learning outcomes, patterns of learning, and assessment of student learning during off-campus field experiences.
- The system should be scale-able, comprehensive, and customizable.
- The system should be web-based and housed on the vendor’s server but must be compatible with existing university student information software (colleague), and current learning management software (blackboard).
- The system should provide the university with the ability to track student learning outcomes.
- The system should provide the university with the ability to track student learning which occurs during off-campus field experiences.
- The system should provide the university with the ability to assess learning outcomes using standardized rubrics.
- The system should allow the university to analyze patterns of learning at all levels of the university, for all registered students.
- The system should be designed to allow different levels of access to students, faculty, unit administrators, unit and school-wide assessment coordinators, and university assessment personnel with appropriate levels of security.
- The system should allow for cloud-based storage and retrieval of evidence of learning outcomes (Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, computer code in text files, images, audio files, and videos).
- The system should provide for creation of multiple electronic portfolios providing evidence of learning outcomes or accomplishments for students and faculty.
- The system should be available at all times with the exception of routine maintenance.
- System should have sufficient timely backup so that data and artifacts are never lost.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 28, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be four years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
