[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertising services.
- Plan should include a strategy designed to target incoming students, including but not limited to first-time freshmen, transfer students, graduate students, online students, and those who influence them.
- Plan should also include a strategy to support comprehensive fundraising campaign and additional advancement campaign efforts.
- Advertising platforms to engage;
- Television

- Outdoor or billboard
- Social media
- Search engine marketing
- Publications
- Promotional items
- Website
- Email
- Assign a senior-level manager to serve as a broker and provide oversight throughout the year in consultation with the university marketing and communications office and others as assigned.
- Assist the university in determining an acceptable budget needed to execute the marketing plan, including staffing and costs of deliverables.
- Marketing and communications and other necessary parties to assess and research the needs and then coordinate the development, implementation, and management of the university's marketing campaign.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 18, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
