[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide web-based planning software, permitting and inspections solution with implementation services from qualified vendors to serve as our core system.
- The proposed software will introduce a management solution capable of providing core tracking and workflow functionality to support, enhance, and simplify current processes through a user-friendly interface and goal is to promote efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in the services provided to the city and the development community.
- Must complete software installation within a 6-month timeframe.
- Must have security protocols in place to keep data collection secure.
- Must provide web-based reporting and administration tools.
- Must provide IVR capable at minimum of handling 100,000 calls annually.
- Must provide system applications that can receive text messages as a system input.
- Must provide system applications that can receive payment via credit cards.
- Must provide software that contains relay outbound that includes flat file information.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
