[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web conferencing system to procure and implement a web conferencing solution consistently available and supports all faculty, students and staff.
- Must provide an easy to use interface for all clients
- Must provide audio communication and the ability for attendances to connect with desktop and mobile devices via web or app
- must provide video communication and the ability for attendances to connect with desktop and mobile devices via web or app
- must provide the ability to provide simultaneous video stream and desktop or application sharing to the current presenter
- Must provide compatibility with Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome, IOS and Android
- Must provide compatibility with current version of Firefox, Safari, Internet explorer, Microsoft edge and Chrome web browser
- Must provide Single-sign-on based on Microsoft active directory
- Must provide HTTPS access
- Must provide host control
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 14, 2021.
