(1) Vendor needs to provide sustainable tourism consultant services to support a series of five digital events with the participation of strategic and relevant stakeholders latin america and the caribbean and the european union, to promote the exchange of bi-regional perspectives on the effects of the pandemic on the tourism sector; address the challenges and opportunities associated with the recovery of more socially, economically, culturally, and environmentally sustainable tourism.
