[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical claims grouping software for increased transparency in the health care system, examinations of quality among health care services, and assessment of the impact of state programs and initiatives.
(2) All questions must be submitted via email no later than on August 30, 2016.
(3) Contract period shall be for five years.
