Vendor needs to provide collection agency service for collection of delinquent accounts to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.
- ability and resources for collecting as well as out-of-state collections
- ability to accept and update daily adjustments to amounts and/or due dates.
- ability to accept electronic data transfer from the City including a confirmation report that indicates the number of accounts and total dollars entered into their system.
- collection system that utilizes several methods simultaneously in an attempt to collect the debt
- provide easily accessible web access to real-time account status by multiple City’s staff simultaneously.
