[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate consulting, development, marketing and brokerage services.
- Inventory University real estate holdings and perform market analysis, including but not limited to site investigations and inspections to identify opportunities and constraints
- Listing and marketing University properties for commercial use, as directed by the University, including arranging and hosting site visits with prospective tenants or buyers
- Assist in the creation of the individual projects, including but not limited to establishing a development team, recommending ownership structures, evaluating market value for the project proposal, and any debt acquisition
- Generate reports to the University summarizing all activity, including but not limited to the development of prospects and the status of individual projects
- Assist with closing and provide transaction coordination, including but not limited to assistance with inspections, issues concerning title and other closing prerequisites and issues.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
