(1) Vendor needs to provide business consulting services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- 1:1 consulting and creation of associated work product
- Technical assistance and creation of associated work product
- Business development and outreach
- Development of tools, capabilities, and resources to expand and improve capabilities and efficacy
- Working with small businesses to solve management/operational issues
- Assisting nascent entrepreneurs with evaluating business idea feasibility and working on implementation as appropriate
- Developing business plans, financial projections, and loan proposals.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 10, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 13, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
