[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide onboard bus surveillance camera system to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.
- The onboard bus surveillance camera systems will be installed in eleven (11) buses
- The following specifications are intended to describe the minimum requirements for onboard bus surveillance camera systems The equipment bid shall be of new, current design production model and available to the commercial market
- Recording system shall be 4 or 8 channels for a combination of 720p/1080p analog cameras or IP cameras
- Recording system shall have a switch 4 x POE (12V) Ethernet ports
- System shall accept HDD/SSD (up to 2TB) and 1 SD card (up To 128GB) for 1 inch video backup
- System shall have embedded on the circuit board a G-Sensor and GPS
- Optional 802.11N Wi-Fi module for remote connection and download with speeds of up to 3Mbps
- Anti-vibration and anti-shock under acceleration of 40G (MIL-STD-810G standard),
- Include all needed Digital Video Recording (DVR) devices and network devices with Global Positioning System (GPS) information
- Provide onboard DVR and networking equipment specifically designed for installation in the transit bus environment that can withstand the vibration and shock forces associated with transit vehicles.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
