Vendor needs to provide tourism master plan service to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the organization.
- identify competitive positioning, tourism infrastructure needs, programmatic gaps, potential funding sources, potential products, amenities, and experiences, as well as necessary policies that will guide long-term planning and development
- Identify how tourism impacts the workforce and drives population growth.
- Engage key stakeholders in a way that will be instrumental to creating a shared success strategy
- Create strategies to enhance attractions, events or assets to further drive demand
- Identify potential new or enhanced tourism demand generators
- Assess short-term rental inventory and growth rate to determine the effect on current and future hotel occupancy and growth
- Develop long-term recommendations for Little Rock as a tourism and meeting destination that will increase the transient occupancy tax.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
