Vendor needs to provide management and marketing of on-campus lodging and event center
- seeking a management and marketing company to manage the entire operations of the House Bed and Breakfast and event center, including day & evening staffing (housekeeping, cook, interior general maintenance; air filters, light bulbs, all supplies, electrical, plumbing and interior heat/ac, and light exterior maintenance & landscaping, etc.), and marketing/advertising
- The management and marketing company selected shall be required to pay all utilities; including water, electricity/gas.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
