[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic payment solution for maximize earnings on cash rebate programs through electronic payments, streamline existing payment reconciliation processes, reduce costs associated with accounts payable processing, improve reporting on spend visibility.
(2) All questions must be submitted via email no later than on August 29, 2016.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
