Government Authority located in Hot Springs, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for ATM service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide experienced and qualified financial institutions eligible and licensed to establish and maintain an ATM pursuant to exclusively operate and service one automated teller machine to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.
1. Conduct all transactions in United States currency and be programmed in English and Spanish.
2. Accept all major credit cards.
3. Display Operator’s name and address prominently on the front.
4. Serve the public during business hours, M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
5. Display a toll-free service phone number clearly posted with procedures for reporting problems.
5. Display transaction fees or surcharges to customer prior to transaction.
6. Display no advertising media.
7. Provide a written receipt option, and at minimum, shall support account inquiries, withdrawals, and cash advances.
8. Comply with the Americans with disabilities act and any other applicable federal and state laws.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2021
(3) The contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
