[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide job classification and pay study services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Review all job descriptions to ensure compliance with the FLSA regarding exempt and non-exempt employees as well as safety-sensitive designations related to medical marijuana.
- Review and audit each job classification by applying a proven methodology of job evaluation, which will determine a rank order of jobs in the organization and thus assist the organization in achieving internal equity between its positions.
- Based on market research and on the application of the job evaluation methodology provide recommendations or changes to the current classifications.
- Evaluate the set of guidelines currently used for review and assignment of future positions, make suggested changes if necessary.
- Review the overall pay grade system to ensure it is competitive and reflects changes in the economy, market, and all applicable economic indices. Recommend necessary adjustments or system changes to achieve this goal.
- Use data sources from a variety of resources needed to justify the recommendations set forth ensuring each job is assigned a pay grade that provides competitive compensation and aligns appropriately as to the job relevance to the organization.
- Executive or Senior level management pay, and total compensation should include the review of similar organizations at the national level.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
