[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide job classification and compensation system to ensure the organization remained competitive and reflected changes in the economy, market, and applicable economic indices.
- provide an updated review of the pay grade system in place to ensure our pay grade classification system is competitive for the industry and our market and reflects the current job market with job descriptions clearly delineating responsibilities and duties of each position
- Review and audit each job classification by applying a proven methodology of job evaluation, which will determine a rank order of jobs in the organization and thus assist the organization in achieving internal equity between its positions
- Review the overall pay grade system to ensure it is competitive and reflects changes in the economy, market, and all applicable economic indices
- Use data sources from a variety of resources needed to justify the recommendations set forth ensuring each job is assigned a pay grade that provides competitive compensation and aligns appropriately as to the job relevance to the organization.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2021.
