Government Authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for medical detoxification services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide medical detoxification services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Accreditation must include all appropriate substance abuse treatment service areas provided by the vendor and include all sites providing substance abuse treatment services
- Vendor shall provide with copies of all correspondence related to national accreditation within five
(5) business days of being sent or received. Upon completion of any survey by a national accrediting body, the Vendor must forward final reports to immediately upon receipt
- Vendor shall provide short-term treatment up to three (3) calendar days, during which time prescribed medication shall be used to restore physiological functioning after it has been upset by toxic agents
- Service shall be provided under the supervision and guidance of a licensed physician or designee with prescribing privileges. Service is allowable only after a Regional Alcohol and Drug Detoxification (RADD) evaluation
- Client information shall include without limitation: admissions reports, environment change reports, discharge reports, continuing care tracking.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
