Government Authority located in Bentonville, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for prescription advocacy service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide prescription advocacy service to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR.
Criteria 1 – 4 POINTS
Overlay program must have demonstrated successes targeting and filling high cost specialty and high cost non specialty high cost maintenance medications and have the capability to target injections and infusions that typically run through medical program.
Criteria 2 - 4 POINTS
Overlay provider must be able to utilize a bridge strategy with agency partnered PBM on the first fill to ensure that members will not go without needed medications. Once PBM has filled the overlay program must have the capability to begin to source the medication moving forward.
Criteria 3 - 3 POINTS
Overlay program must have dedicated pharmacist on staff to work with members and healthcare providers to accurately source medications and determine alternative treatments.
Criteria 4 – 2 POINTS
Overlay program must have a member online portal in which members can utilize to allow members to sign any required forms and perform uploads and needed.
Criteria 5 - 3 POINTS
Overlay program must have the demonstrated capability to working with stop loss provider(s) to ensure timely reimbursements.
Criteria 6 - 2 POINTS
Overlay program must have trained dedicated staff who are experienced in running various manufacturer free programs. These individuals must be dedicated to working directly with members sourcing medications and providing a support system to guide members through the necessary steps.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
