(1) Vendor needs to provide equipment provision, installation, on-going maintenance
and monitoring of a security alarm system to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- 24/7 alarm monitoring and intrusion detection
- Digital panel
- Door sensors
- Glass breakage sensors
- Motion detecting sensors
- Backup battery
- High-decibel alarm
- Flashing warning light if
- Internal monitoring of business daily through remote access on mobile Devices by DHS-designated staff.
- Control application for smart phones for DHS designated staff.
- Ability to arm/disarm from mobile device by DHS-designated staff.
- Voice over IP compatibility.
- Cellular alarm reporting (backup system calls alarm in to vendor).
