[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide group employee voluntary benefits services to the government authority located in Conway, AR.
- Must be able to maintain or improve the current group employee voluntary benefits offered to the benefits-eligible employees, spouses and eligible dependents of the university,
- Proposer agrees to accept definitions of eligible employee, spouse, and dependents,
- Proposer agrees to work collaboratively with other vendors on other plan benefit- related projects such as open enrollment, data requirements and member satisfaction survey.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6,2021.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
