[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial insurance brokerage and risk management services that will assist the airport with the placement of various lines of existing and new insurance coverage for the airport, which proactively prevent, reduce, and manage exposures, while providing airport management with the tools and reporting capabilities to aggressively monitor all insurance coverages and respond to evolving requirements set by the commission to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Provide guidance to the airport in evaluating the current plan of insurance policies and to recommend appropriate or advantageous changes.
- Ensure renewals are implemented in a timely manner, to meet the airport’s internal schedule requirements while maintaining coverage.
- Provide the airport with superior insurance alternatives that meet the airport's needs and are favourably priced relative to the risk and the current market.
- Provide risk management consulting services specific to the airport.
- Provide loss control services consisting of reviewing underwriter’s recommendations and evaluating hazards facing the airport, including periodic site visits.
- Provide continuity of services.
- Provide claims audit services in the event a third-party claim administrator is engaged by the airport.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Anticipates the airport’s needs
- Proactively, effectively and expediently responds to requests and challenges
- Available via phone, email, and direct message platforms.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2021.
(3) A pre-response meeting will be held on June 22, 2021.
(4) Contract term will be three years.
