[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Fundraiser AI Software Suite
- Institutional Advancement needs an Artificial Intelligence enabled, self-writing email solution for frontline fundraisers to increase their capacity to manage relationships with existing donors and
complete the discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of previously unreached top prospects,
- Self-learning technology that learns the email writing style of each fundraiser
- Self-writing donor emails proactively sent to the fundraiser inbox one at a time
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence to Identify the top donor or prospect for outreach and notify fundraiser via-email
- Deliver all relevant donor and prospect data directly to the fundraiser email inbox
- Action roadmap specific to each fundraiser for the upcoming week
- Prioritized Stewardship queue for each fundraiser with self-written stewardship messages which learn the fundraiser’s writing style.
- Real-time interactive list of the best prospects to visit, prioritized by those most likely to make a gift within the next three months,
- ability for an AI self-learning writing style; can the AI learn elements of each individual fundraiser’s writing style and self-adjust the language in future emails to reflect those elements,
- to scan data of the assigned donors in the fundraiser’s assigned portfolio and identify the donor most likely to make the next biggest gift,
- to allow the fundraiser to further personalize the self-written AI draft email,
- the ability for fundraisers to create their summary notes from donor and prospect contacts and have the notes copied back into the database, without needing to access the database directly,
- the fundraiser utilize the software without logging into a database, website, or app,
- to identify the donor and the gift received and provide the assigned fundraisers high level data points detailing the donor’s gift, and gift history, along with a self-written thank-you email.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2021.
