[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide dental TPA services,
- The date the Plan or Dependent coverage under the Plan is terminated,
- Dental Benefits are available to Employees and their Covered Dependents who elect Dental Benefits coverage,
- All benefits described in this Schedule are subject to the Claims Administrator’s established Coverage Policy, permissible Charges, and the benefit limits and exclusions described more fully including, but not limited to the determination that: care and treatment is Dentally Necessary; that services, supplies and care are not Experimental and/or Investigational, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
