[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services in various areas like intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks; litigation, including personal injury, property damage, breach of contract, and construction; immigration taxation bankruptcy; and real estate and business transactions to the government authority located I in Jonesboro, AR.
- Ability to negotiate, draft, review, and recommend for approval all documents necessary for the filing and completion of University patent, trademark, and copyright applications.
- Proficiency in monitoring and ensuring that all patents, trademark, and copyright registrations are kept current.
- Capacity to evaluate inventions and review patent disclosures.
- Must be able to render patentability options based on findings of fact, prior art, and other relevant information.
- Willingness to perform all other requested legal services necessary and appropriate to the university’s acquisition, management, development, conveyance, or ownership of patent, trademark, and copyright interests.
- Record of successful representation of institutions of higher education or similar state agencies before state courts, federal courts, the state claims commission, administrative tribunals, and the legislature.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, including executive orders, applying to institutions of higher education.
- Experience in reviewing faculty, staff, and student grievances and attending grievance hearings at institutions of higher education or similar state agencies.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 3, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
