Government Authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for security camera system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide a reliable security camera system that fully covers the courts building both outside and inside that covers applicable costs cameras, equipment, mounting hardware, cabling, installation labor, equipment rentals, programming, bonds, fees, and training/testing to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- High resolution, Power over Ethernet (PoE), color cameras with zoom, motion detection, and wide dynamic range. Infrared illumination for the cameras in all low light areas to capture detailed images in less-than-ideal lighting conditions (not limited to only garage locations).
- All exterior cameras must be weatherproof and vandal resistant.
- Cameras must have the ability to zoom and identify individuals with the following range:
a. Outdoor cameras at least one hundred (100) feet
b. Indoor cameras at least sixty feet)
- A minimum of four administrative users
- A minimum of thirty-two recording channels with ability to expand, if needed
a. Recording channels must have the ability to view live, replay, and export video footage both onsite and remotely, including the ability from mobile devices (iOS and Android).
b. Video surveillance must export directly into industry standard forms (e.g. JPEG, AVI, and WMV).
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
