[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide audits services of national public radio stations for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- All audits are to be conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America. Following the initial term of the contract, the contract may be extended by one-year extensions upon mutual agreement through and including the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
- All audits must be conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America and Section 396 of the U. S. Communications Act. All audit reports must be in the format acceptable to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. The audit reports to be provided include an audit opinion on the financial statements and a management letter on improvement in controls and procedures for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021. Access to work papers shall be provided to the University if requested by State or Federal regulatory agencies. The audit must be completed, and the report issued by December 31, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
