Government Authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for jail security controls and camera system upgrade.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide jail security controls and camera system upgrade to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- This system must operate with the current 120V door locking mechanisms and pneumatic lock system, and the IP Video and Storage System that are in place,
- The PLC Programmable Logic Controllers in 12 Security Equipment Rooms
- UPS power in the 12 Security Equipment Rooms
- The obsolete analog intercom system with a Digital Intercom System
- The Proprietary Control System Boards with Touch Screen Control System (20)
- The existing Door Control Boards with Door Control Relay Boards IP Video Camera and Video Storage-Current number of cameras to be replaced are 171 (Areas;Units A and B, Kitchen and Maintenance Area and the W Units), as well as, any cameras currently connected to the existing Analog system. These areas will include interior that are vandal proof and exterior to monitor exterior doors, vehicle sally-port, recreation yards and gates and 360 degree security Dome Cameras in select locations.
- Also included will be 102 additional cameras to be installed in select locations within housing units for full monitoring and visibility; designated as suicide observation cells.
- This new system upgrade must be compatible and interface with our current camera system already in place to eliminate having two (2) separate camera systems.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 19, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
