[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video management tool to host a state media and allow users to record, download, share, and stream media,
- Integration with Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) with SaaS deployment,
- Faculty, staff, and student usernames for the VM must exactly match the usernames, Unlimited automated closed captioning and transcripts for media,
- Unlimited storage and streaming, ability to create and add quizzes to media,
- Ability to run analytical reports for media management that contains video creator/owner name and email address, video creation date, video location in the VMS, video duration, video size, video title, record and edit videos (insert, rearrange, and remove clips),
- Ability for end user to control playback speed and adjust video player size, etc.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 19, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
