Vendor needs to provide tactical communication system shall include: System will accept landlines, cell phones and tactical phones; MP3 digital recordings; Ability to connect multiple computers via a local area network to enter information and review audio files at remote locations; Records management capabilities; Pretext phone call device; Dual inputs; Ability to record and view all cameras simultaneously in real time; Ability to monitor video and covert microphone through Satellite Computers, smartphones, and tablets; Microphone with wide spectrum of audio, and speakerphone capabilities for hands free communication with the subjects; Minimum of 50 feet of protective cabling; Portable wire spool with a minimum of 1000 feet of video cable to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.
