[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parking consultant services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- to assist in a detailed study and master plan to assess the current parking facilities, street parking options, and current and future surface parking locations in the District, as defined above, as well as offer suggestions for future use, and/or redevelopment,
- Define a Parking Improvement Program (PIP) that realistically measures the need for parking in the Market District in relation to the current and planned development and redevelopment of the area.
- Stakeholder input. Primary stakeholders will include, but not be limited to: City and LRCVB officials, real estate developers, hoteliers and downtown business and property owners, as well as attractions and museums,
- Identify current strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities as they relate to parking and the
current I‐30 crossing project and its’ aftermath. The I‐30 project will return to the City approximately 15 acres of green space. The final design of this green space has not been determined.
- A comprehensive market study of downtown parking rates and inventories.
- A comprehensive review of current and future street parking strategies.
- A comprehensive study and recommended need and location(s) of additional parking structures.
- Determine what urban and tourism related parking opportunities are missing, or underdeveloped, based on projects and successes in other cities.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 17, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
