Government Authority located in Little Rock, Arkansas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for unarmed security guard services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide unarmed security guard services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Guards will be provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Services may be extended to 7 days a week.
- Guard will check in with receptionist upon arrival to be screened, to include but not limited to temperature check.
- Guard will check out with the receptionist at the end of the shift and return the two-way radio and any other equipment received.
- All deliveries must be made during normal state work hours and within the agreed upon number of days unless otherwise arranged and coordinated with the agency. The Contractor shall give the agency immediate notice of any anticipated delays or plant shutdowns that will affect the delivery requirement.
- Loss or damage that occurs during shipping, prior to the order being received by the agency, is the Contractor’s responsibility. All orders should be properly packaged to prevent damage during Shipping.
- Guard will check out with the receptionist at the end of the shift and return two-way radio and other equipment received.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
