[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud based and hosted student scholarship management system such as automated eligibility and verification, mobile access, as well as task tracking and notification, to name a few.
- accessible via computer and mobile app for students, committees, and administration
- Automated matching engine. SMS shall select what scholarships are available to students based on information electronically shared from People Soft and if needed then student entered financial information
- ability of single sign-on.
- ability to be branded with NPC logos and information
- able to be integrated (via link) into NPC website
- SMS information must be able to be integrated with PeopleSoft and vice versa
- alert students of any new awards they qualify for (current and future)
- manage what scholarships students are able to receive based on their financial need in People Soft
- track criteria (gpa, hrs completed, etc.) to determine continuing eligibility.
- able to communicate with students via mobile app, email, and/or text
- able to communicate with committees of new and pending tasks.
- ability is out of the box or custom coding.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 9, 2021.
