[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide self-directed financial management services financial management and payroll for the department of human services programs that provide a self-directed model to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.
- Transfer data from previous vendor, including Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data.
- Provide an accessible online portal, or a comparable mechanism, that will support daily financial reporting, employer and employee enrollment options, and training tutorials for user understanding
- Recruit and train staff to provide customer support via telephone, virtual meetings, or face-to-face when required.
- Create and provide training on the fiscal employer agent model, documents and processes (including how vendor as fiscal/employer agent interacts with beneficiaries/employers, employees, and dhs) and online information to beneficiaries/employers and designated dhs staff and representatives
- Assist in mass communications to self-direction individuals, government entities, and the general public regarding self-direction, at no additional cost to the state agency.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 15,2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
